How do I return an item? Refund|Return|Exchange Policy: To return or exchange an item, please contact Brooklyn5and10 Customer Support for a return authorization number (RA#), and return shipping address. Original sales receipt and RA# must accompany returns. Returns and exchanges will be done with the following criteria:
If you receive an item(s) that is damaged and has been shipped from us, or in the event of an error on our part, please contact Customer Support immediately for an RA# (return authorization number). Defective items that we have shipped to you or items which we incorrectly shipped to you will be refunded with cash or store credit, whichever you prefer. We assume responsibility for shipping costs if we have made an error, or if items shipped from us are damaged|defective. Otherwise, customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
